Turkish crepe or Gozleme with Meat

Hello here is a nice recipe of Turkish crepes locally called Gozleme that I tried and I enjoyed a lot and I invite you to try it is easy and too good.

Ingredients
For the dough: (for 6 to 7 pancakes)
300 g flour
30 g butter
1 good spoon. baking yeast
1 tsp. 1cuill salt.
warm milk sugar or plain yoghurt to pick up the dough
For stuffing:
200 g minced meat
2 grated carrots
1 onion
1/2 red and 1/2 green pepper cut into small pieces
1/2 tbsp of concentrated tomato
Slices of cheese (cheddar style)
Salt, pepper and cumin

Preparation:  Turkish crepe or Gozleme with Meat

Dough: Mix all the ingredients to make the dough in the bowl of a robot or with your hands, knead all until you get a smooth, non-sticky dough. Cover and let stand for 45 minutes.

The joke:

In a frying pan with a bottom of oil, fry the onion and pepper, then add the grated carrots, when it is almost cooked, add the minced meat  Season with spices and herbs and add tomato paste, mix well and cook. The stuffing must be dry (no vegetable water) and cold to avoid tearing the dough. I add a little but stuffing (optional)
