  3. . 10 surimi sticks .
  4. 3 servings of cheese the laughing cow .

Crumble the fingers of surimi, Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, salt a little, and steam. Crush the mashed potatoes. Add the crushed hard egg and stir in the cheese portions, mix well all in one hand, season with salt and pepper to taste. . Prepare sticks of almost 30 gr each then roll these sticks in the flour, then in the egg and oil mixture and in the bread crumbs. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. .
