Gratin of Potato with Mozarrella

Simple and classic mozarrella potato gratin with béchamel sauce, accessible to all and very nutritious.

ingredients

500 grams of potato

An onion

50 centilitres of butter

50 grams of sifted flour

50 centilitres of cold milk

A pinch of nutmeg

80 grams of grated mozzarella

1 tablespoon oregano

Salt pepper

Preparation 

To prepare this Gratin of Potato with Mozarrella, you must:

1 In a non-stick pan, melt the butter
2 Out of the fire, throw in the sifted flour little by little, stirring constantly with a whip of preference
3 Continue mixing until you get a paste that comes off the bottom of the pan
4 Put your pan back on the heat, add the cold milk a little bit and continue stirring constantly.
Add the rest of the milk (when the béchamel becomes sufficiently liquid)
6 Salt, pepper and muscadez

7Let thicken for a few minutes
