Angel Hair with Chicken
Chicken Angel Hair is one of the sweet recipes of Moroccan cuisine, which is especially prepared on special occasions.
400 g of angel hair
4 chicken legs
1 onion, 1 clove of garlic
1 celery stalk, 1 bunch parsley, 1 carrot
3 c. olive oil
1 C. tomato paste
10 cl of meat broth
2 bay leaves
1 C. dried thyme
1 C. rosemary
200 g canned chickpeas
Salt, black pepper
Preparation Angel Hair with Chicken
1-Dice carrot, garlic, onion, and celery. Heat the oil, brown the vegetables. Add thyme, chickpeas and bay leaf and rosemary.
2-Divide chicken pieces over and fry on both sides for 10 minutes. Mix the tomato paste in the meat stock and pour the mixture over the chicken. Add salt and pepper. Cook for 1 hour over low heat.
3-Meanwhile, lightly brush angel hair with very little oil and water. Steam them for 20 minutes. When the pasta is almost cooked, mix them with the chicken sauce.
4-Pour this mixture into a baking dish. Arrange chicken pieces on top and cook in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve hot.
